How do the ice inserts stay in place?+
Each pair of Cold Shorts has two anatomically placed pocket chambers. A removable −18 °C gel insert slides into each chamber and sits against the skin for targeted cooling during a plunge or sauna cycle.
Are they comfortable for swimming?+
The shell is Italian-milled 4-way stretch (78% Econyl® / 22% elastane) with UPF 50+, so the fabric moves with you in open water. The inserts are removable — wear the shorts with or without them.
