Before you reserve.
How long do the ice inserts stay cold?+
At −18 °C the gel inserts sustain cold for about two hours; under 10 °C they hold for around four hours. The Vacuum Case extends that to six hours in transit.
Is this a medical device?+
No — FRZN is performance swimwear and recovery gear, not a medical device. Cold and heat exposure stress the body; if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or are pregnant, check with a physician before starting a protocol.
How do the garments fit?+
Cold Shorts and Plunge Trunk run true to EU size in XS–XL. Lumbar Towel and Vacuum Case are one-size; Field Robe comes in S/M and L/XL. If you're between sizes, size up for layering.
When will Edition 001 ship?+
Edition 001 ships in November 2026. You're only charged when your pieces ship — a reservation is not a charge.
What is the return policy?+
Sixty nights, full refund. Inserts go back into circulation, the garment goes back to the atelier. Free EU shipping both ways.
Where is FRZN made?+
Milled in Biella. Cut in Como. Gel inserts from Switzerland. Every piece is 100% EU-made.
