How long do they stay cold?+

At −18 °C the inserts sustain cold for about two hours; under 10 °C they hold for around four. In the Vacuum Case they extend to six hours in transit.

Can they be refrozen?+

Yes — they are reusable. Freeze overnight, then return them to circulation. On refill, FRZN buys back old inserts.
